If you feel like getting 'pretty wild' then head on over to Scrapz.Biz to check out my first color challenge for Scrap A Rainbow. I have used one of my fav colour combos to hopefully inspire you!
Here is a little sneaky peak

OUAS & Kraft it up challenge

Hi There!

I know I know what it going on with all these posts I hear you asking!! I have been a busy little bee getting a few challenges done of late. I decided to have a go at the Kraft It Up Challenge for the first time. I have always looked at this challenge but never given it a go. One of the criteria this month was to do a shabby or vintage page so I was sold!
I have used Websters Pages All About Me collection again! (Addicted to Websters at the moment!)
I used a Prima antique mirrored image, some Websters sparklers & a gorgeous button from Spotlight to give a vintage feel. The elegant green trim is Websters Pages designer trim.

Because I can't handle negative space I have stamped some butterflies & used a script stamp to add some interest. I also did some inking & faux stitching. The mini alphas are Prima Alla.
I am feeling a bit emotional now that my baby has turned 1. I feel like time is going way to fast & I would love it to slow down a bit so I can really enjoy & cherish Evie's baby moments. It must be because I know she is my last baby that I feel so sad that she is getting so big!
The next LO is for the Once Upon A Sketch challenge. The criteria was to scrap an embarrasseing moment, situation or quirk. This is the sketch designed by the lovely Nadia Cannizzo

Here is my take on the sketch
I have used a mix of Websters Pages here. Hollywood Vouge, Ladies & gents, & All about me

I have journalled about how Evie takes a while to warm to people & she pretty much gives everybody this death stare. Pretty much every time I take her down the street people come up to her to try & get her to smile & she just gives them this icy stare down. The poor person usually ends up jumping round like a dork trying for a smile but they still get nothing. They end up squirming feeling a bit silly because hey have tried so hard for a smile & Evie is still just giving her death stare! Sometimes I think it's funny but other times I feel embarrassed because some people will not give up & keep going & going!

Scrap It Blind Reveal & BITW

Hi There!

Last week I designed a challenge over at Scrapz.Biz for the Scrap It Blind Footprints theme. Here is my page in full
And Some Close Ups

I have used Websters Pages Yacht Club papers, petals, fabric tickets, bloomers, stickers, buttons & alphas. I also mixed in some Prima Alla flowers. The colours were a great match for the page. You can find them all here

I love seeing how different people have interpreted this challenge. There are a couple of geat examples in the Scrapz.Biz gallery to check out

I have also finished the latest Bird Is The Word challenge. The word is "together". I have used this in my journalling- I really hope you both continue to  ride the together. I want you guys to be good friends when you are both adults just like me & Uncle Robbo. You were so cute together at Aunty Meagz wedding giving each other lot's of cuddles.
And some close ups

I have scrapped this photo before but it is a FAV of mine so I have done it again but this time a bit more masculine for my Son's album.
I have used soem Creative Imaginations & Teresa Collins papers. I did some corset stitching with some thread & used a Prima mask & some inking to grunge it up a bit.

I will have a few pages to show you very soon. I just spent a whole weekend scrapping with my friend Nelle. We both got heaps of pages done & had a great time sharing some wine, chocolate & a lot of laughs. Thanks Nelle for a great weekend!

A couple of pages to share

Hi There!

Wow the Blog Hop has been Lot's of fun. Don't forget you have till Monday to enter the draw!! Make sure you pop back to see if you are a lucky winner!!

I just wanted to quickly share a couple of pages. Firstly this is my Scrapz. Biz Inspiartion Challenge from last week in full.
And some close ups

I love these photos of my Son Hunter learning to ride without training wheels for the first time. Such a special moment!! I have used Prima Alla which I have been just dying to use!! This was my fav release from CHA. It is such a versatile collection. Good for boys & girls & I can't wait to do a beach page with it. Those sandy & aqua hues are perfect for the beach!
I have used some turquoise misting, some inking, distressing & currogated cardboard to man up this page. As well as using some chipboard sprockets to balance out the flowers.
The Prima All chipboard stickers are awesome value. Lots of flowers, flourishes, borders & quotes to use.

This next page was a just because page, trying to catch up with a few photos.
And some closeups

I used Websters Pages Sweet Season. I felt like doing a bit of fussy cutting (which WP papers are perfect for!) I also had a bit of a play with some Prima masks using some inks & mists. The berry blossum is by Websters Pages & the other flowers are Prima. I have used a Prima vine but chopped it up into smaller sections.

I have journalled directly onto my page telling a little story of how my baby Evie had a giant long Santa beard hair in her hand after the photo was taken. My son thought it was hilarious that Evie had pulled Santas beard (Lucky she didn't pull too hard!). Unfortunately my daughter Kayla refused to go near Santa so it is only 2 out of 3 kids. She promises this year she will but I am not overly confident!

Thanks for Looking!
